Here at TNHPS we believe that learning is at its most effective when our children feel happy and safe. We know, that in order to acheive the best, it is all about partnership, communication and support. We work as a team to support your child to do their very best and to experience the best start to their education journey.

New Starter Information - SEPTEMBER 2021
To apply for a place in Reception, parents need to apply online or use the LEA preference form which is sent to your home address, by Leeds City Council, early in the school year prior to their start in Reception. This can also be done on-line by following the link at the bottom of this page. This process continues to be managed by Leeds Admissions Team.
Parents can put their child on the waiting list for the Nursery class at any time, by clicking on this link and completing a simple online form. If places are available, children may start Nursery the term after their third birthday. We offer up to 30 free hours of Nursery education subject to parents' eligibility, and parents may pay for additional hours on top of their free entitlement, subject to availability, at £4.46 per hour. Places and attendance patterns are offered in line with our Admissions policy. We also offer 15 hours per week for either Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday am or Wednesday pm, Thursday and Friday. For children who stay over lunchtime, children are provided with a hot, 2 course meal cooked in our school kitchen, for which there is a charge of £2.05 per day. At the moment, we have some spaces in Nursery for admission in September 2021.
